Delivery - Risks

DELIVERY - INSURANCE.

The cost of shipping insurance is equivalent to 2% of the value of the products ordered, and includes the reshipment of damaged (1) or lost (2) packages.

The buyer can take out shipping insurance, at the time of validation of the order: in the event of a lost or damaged package, FOURNITURES AUTO OUEST undertakes to pay for the reshipment of a compliant product instead of the carrier, within a reasonable time (from 24 hours to 5 days after agreement from the said carrier, compared to 21 to 45 days without insurance, via the standard methods of reporting to the carrier). Reception

Without prejudice to the provisions to be made vis-à-vis the carrier, any complaints, as to apparent defects or the non-conformity of the product delivered with the product ordered or the packing slip, must be made in writing within 7 days. following the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Return - Terms and Conditions

General warranty

Our products are guaranteed parts for one year per return according to the articles of these general conditions of sale.
