Product Order

 How to create an account?

You have three solutions to create an account:
- as soon as you arrive on our site, as long as no profile is connected, by clicking on the "Log in" link at the top right of the page in the welcome box.
- at any time, by clicking on "My account" in the footer.
- once your product(s) have been chosen, when your basket is confirmed, you will be offered to identify yourself and create an account if you do not have one, but you will also be able to order as that guest. If you choose this option, no account will be created, we will only need your postal address and a telephone number to be able to deliver to you.

 How do I know if my vehicle is hydractive or not?

There are several methods to know if your vehicle is hydractive or not. The first is to check the number of spheres on your vehicle:
- assembly 5 or 6 spheres: it is a non-hydractive.
- assembly 7 or 8 spheres: it is a hydractive.

The second method consists of looking at the diameter of the hoses which reach the front suspension spheres in the engine compartment.
If the diameter is about 3 mm, it is not a hydractive:

 I put two identical products in my basket, when I only wanted one, how can I modify it?


By clicking on "Basket", at the top right of the page, you will have the possibility of modifying the quantity allocated to each product or of deleting a product.

 Is the shipment of my order insured?


It can actually be if you choose to tick the "Insurance" box when you choose the delivery method for shipping your order. This will involve an additional cost of 2% of the total value of the products ordered. This insurance covers loss, theft or damage to the package, however it is imperative to make reservations to the carrier at the time of delivery.

 

Loyalty points and sponsorship

 What are loyalty points?

To thank you for trusting us, and thank you for your loyalty, you earn loyalty points with each order you place. You can then exchange them for discount vouchers, to be used on your next orders.

 How to use loyalty points?

When you earn loyalty points on an order, they will only be validated when this order has been delivered. To use them, go to "My account" and click on "My loyalty points". Here, you will find a history of your points earned and you can convert them by clicking on the link "Transform my points into a discount voucher". You will then find this coupon generated in "My coupons". All you have to do is copy its code in the order summary page, at the bottom of the basket, during your next order.

For 1€ of order, you will receive 100 loyalty points which are worth 4 cents of reduction, valid on a next order.

 What are the conditions for using loyalty points?

- Loyalty points are only awarded to customers and members registered with KlaxAuto.com and on the group's other sites.
- Loyalty points can only be used for online purchases. These points can only be used at KlaxAuto.com and on the group's other sites.
- Loyalty points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or assigned between members.
- Loyalty points represent a virtual currency convertible into coupons for your orders.
- Loyalty points will not be refunded in the event of an order canceled in whole or in part.
- When paying for your order with Loyalty Points, you will always have to choose an additional payment method if your Loyalty Points balance is insufficient.
When calculating the loyalty points acquired, are excluded, unless otherwise stated, the various taxes including VAT and the contribution to the shipping and packaging costs invoiced.

 What is sponsorship?

You have the possibility of sponsoring your friends and thus winning a voucher of 5€ for the first order delivered by each of your referrals. To do this, go to "My account" and click on "Sponsorship", you can then send invitations to your friends using their e-mail addresses. The godchild must enter the name of his sponsor in the field provided for this purpose when registering for the sponsorship to be taken into account.

 

Payment and delivery

 What are the different payment methods?

You have six payment options, all of which are secure:
- by credit card, via paybox.
- by credit card, via paypal.
- Wire Transfer.
- by money order (the contact details are given to you at the end of the transaction).
- by check (see next question).

 Why do I have to enter two authentication codes when paying by credit card?

Since October 1, 2008, security has been reinforced in terms of payment by credit card thanks to the 3D-SECURE system implemented by the majority of the major banks. This system has existed since 2001 and has already been implemented in our European neighbours.
From now on you must enter an additional authentication code to make a payment by credit card on our online store. This authentication is done directly on the site of your own bank. This is intended to greatly reduce the chances of fraudulent use of your bank card because even if your card is stolen, it cannot be used without knowing the authentication code.
The procedure :
- As usual, you must enter the credit card number, expiry date and pictogram on the website of our banking partner, Crédit Agricole (e-transactions solution).
- You will then be directly redirected to your bank to enter the alpha-numeric authentication code.
- When this information is entered and validated by the two banks (Credit Agricole and yours), you will be automatically redirected to our online store.

 Do delivery times vary depending on the payment method chosen?

Indeed, the basic delivery times are 2 to 4 days if you pay by credit card (via paybox or via paypal), bank transfer, money order or telephone. And 10 to 12 days if you pay by check.

 Do you deliver your products abroad?

 Where can I view my invoice?

We send you your invoice by e-mail, and you can consult a summary of your orders by clicking on "My account" then on "My orders" in the footer.

 Are the products guaranteed?

Yes, all products sold on our site are guaranteed for one year.

 What are the conditions for returning a product?

On sphere-discount.com, you are satisfied or refunded, so you have seven days from the day of receipt of your order to return your order to us in perfect original condition.
Before any return, please contact us for our agreement. Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a letter explaining the purpose of the return. For more details, please consult the general conditions of sale.
